Sales Agent – E-Commerce & Distribution – Titania

H Hotels Collection is seeking a motivated Sales Agent – E-Commerce & Distribution to join our Corporate Commercial team based at Titania Hotel Athens.
In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of our online distribution channels, commercial agreements and partner relationships, helping maximize the performance of an assigned portfolio of hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate online distribution across OTAs, bed banks, wholesalers and other distribution partners.
- Support the implementation of commercial agreements, rates and promotions.
- Monitor content, availability and connectivity across online channels.
- Maintain commercial documentation and partner communication.
- Prepare performance reports and assist with commercial analysis.
- Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, Marketing and Operations to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or a related field.
- Experience in hotel sales, reservations, revenue, e-commerce or distribution.
- Good understanding of hotel distribution channels and online travel platforms.
- Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent command of English.
