As a family business, whose owners come from the Island of Rhodes, H Hotels Collection aspires to maintain a fruitful relationship and growing bond with the local community, starting with being the workplace of hundreds of locals and always giving priority to local suppliers. At the same time, our aim is to contribute to the sustainability of local nature and culture, reduce our impact on the environment, as well as educate stakeholders and employees towards this direction.
At H Hotels Collection we put every effort to:
• reduce our operational environmental burden,
• actively protect human rights,
• recycle more,
• contribute to the social and cultural activities of Rhodes,
• employ more people every year,
• educate our employees, keep them safe and happy,
• provide the highest level of services.
People, the environment, and society are important factors that define our entire business strategy. They comprise the driving force that keeps us going, always with ethical business practices throughout our operations, transparency of business policies, and fair treatment of all employees and clients. We hope that through our practices we will inspire locals and set an example for other organisations too.

The Sustainable Greece 2020 initiative
H Hotels Collection has actively participated in the Sustainable Greece 2020 initiative, launched by QualityNet Foundation in partnership with the leading Business Associations of Greece. The aim was to raise awareness among the Greek business community and society at large, on issues of Sustainable Development, Responsible Entrepreneurship and Social Responsibility. H Hotels Collection contributed to the dialogue of forming a national code of sustainability with two initiatives that were run by its property “Princess Andriana Resort & Spa” about supporting local communities and indigenous populations, especially young people, and about guest satisfaction management.
