Q&A for Rhodes wildfires affects in the hotels’ operation and the evacuated people on the 22nd of July
If you left your suitcases at the hotel and you are still in Rhodes, you are able to come back to the hotel and collect them. Please check with the authorities that the route to the hotel is safe.
If someone can collect on your behalf, please notify the hotel and give us their details. You should let them know they need to show a form of ID, in order to ensure that your suitcase will be given to the right person.
If you have left Rhodes and have booked with a Tour Operator or Travel agent, please contact them directly.
If you left your suitcase on the beach, please be advised that it has been collected by either us, other hotels in the area or by the local authorities. In order to know who the suitcases belong to, there will be an identification process in co-operation with the local authorities and further details will follow on how you can collect them.

The delivery costs wil be covered for you by selecting “payment with bank transfer”.
Refunds-Booking Changes
If you have booked directly with us, we will process a refund starting on the 22nd of July onwards. We ask for your understanding as the process might take a bit longer than usual.
If you have booked via a Tour Operator or a Travel Agent, please contact them directly and they will inform you accordingly.

If you have booked directly with us and the hotel will not operate you can cancel with a refund alternatively you will have the option to book another H Hotels Collection hotel, price differences might apply.
Hotels’ Operation
At this time the hotel will not operate for summer 2023 season , therefore, all bookings will be cancelled. Alternatively, you will have the option to rebook at another H Hotels Collection hotel, price differences might apply.

All bookings with an arrival date until the 31st of July inclusive will be canceled. If you are in Rhodes earlier than this date you may contact us or your travel agent as to arrange your arrival back in the hotel on the 01st August.
At this time the hotel will not operate before the 10th of August inclusive, therefore, all bookings will be cancelled. You have the option to rebook your stay at the sister adults-only hotel Mayia Exclusive Resort & Spa, member of the H Hotels Collection, in Kiotari after the 31st of July inclusive. Price differences might apply and it’s subject to availability.
All bookings with an arrival date until the 04th of August inclusive will be canceled. If you are in Rhodes earlier than this date you may contact us or your travel agent as to arrange your arrival back in the hotel on the 05th August. If you are in Rhodes earlier than this date and you wish to stay with us have the option to rebook at Lindos Princess Beach Resort & Spa, another hotel of the H Hotels Collection. This is subject to availability.
At this time the hotel will not accept any new arrivals before the 31st of July inclusive, therefore, all bookings until then are cancelled. If you are in Rhodes earlier than this date you may contact us or your travel agent as to arrange your arrival back in the hotel on the 01st of August. If you had to evacuate the hotel on the 22nd of July or you arrived as of this date and you are still on the island you can return to the hotel with immediate effect to continue your stay until your departure date.
