Sales Agent – Groups | Leisure & Corporate – Titania

H Hotels Collection is seeking a motivated Sales Agent – Groups | Leisure & Corporate to join our Corporate Commercial team based at Titania Hotel Athens.
In this role, you will support the coordination and development of group business across Leisure and Corporate segments, managing enquiries, proposals and bookings while maintaining strong relationships with travel agents, corporate accounts and other business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on Leisure and Corporate Groups enquiries, from initial request through quotation and confirmation.
- Check availability, prepare competitive proposals and coordinate group room blocks, bookings and event requirements.
- Manage group bookings, contracts, rooming lists and system updates, ensuring a smooth handover to Operations.
- Maintain accurate group records and ensure timely follow-up of leads, bookings and payments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate accounts and business partners to support repeat and new business.
- Support sales activities including educational visits, trade exhibitions, conferences and client meetings.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or a related field.
- Previous experience in hotel sales, preferably in Groups, Leisure or Corporate Sales.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with hotel PMS systems such as Opera, Protel or Fidelio.
- Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills.
- Commercial awareness, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
