The old town of Rhodes is one of the most photographed medieval towns in the Mediterranean. A UNESCO cultural heritage site, the town stands out for the beautiful and truly interesting Palace of the Grand Masters and the street of Knights, lined by imposing buildings and leading to a variety of other sights.
Stroll around the town, explore the Jewish quarters, admire the mosques and churches; you will run into bustling squares with lovely shops, and numerous cafes and restaurants. Outside the walls, the port of Mandraki is a scenic place for a walk at the waterfront.
