WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED OR PRE-AUTHORISED AT CHECK-IN?

Upon check-in, a preauthorization will be taken on guests’ valid credit or debit card (100€ per room, per night). This is not a charge, but a temporary hold to guarantee the stay and cover any incidental charges. Upon departure, the pre-authorised amount will be released by the hotel. Please note that the time required for the released amount to become available in your account depends on your card-issuing bank, payment provider and country of issue. This process is handled by the respective financial institutions and is beyond the hotel’s control.

The hotel cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for the funds to become available in your account.

WHICH CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED?

The following cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express.

WHERE CAN I FIND AN ATM MACHINE/ CURRENCY EXCHANGE?

An ATM machine can be found within 500 meters from the hotel.

DO YOU PROVIDE BEACH/POOL TOWELS AND WHERE CAN I GET THEM?

You will find beach towels in your room, as well as a beach bag as part of the premium all-inclusive programme.

WHERE DO I GET A BUS OR A TAXI?

A local bus service operates on a daily basis. The bus stop is close to the hotel. A taxi pick-up can be arranged at the Front Desk.

WHAT IS THE CHECK–OUT TIME ?

Check-out time is at 12.00 pm. Hotel facilities and services for check out guests are available till 22:00 pm. The a la carte restaurants are excluded. Check out guests are able to visit the a la carte restaurants with prior reservation. Kindly note that additional charges are applied.
Late check-out is subject to availability. If you require late check-out please contact the Front Desk one day before your departure. Additional charges are applied.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

There is a dress code during dinner time at the Main Restaurants and at the A la carte Restaurants. Dress code is smart casual for both ladies and gentlemen. Smart jeans or nice shorts with fully covered shoes are allowed, but please refrain from wearing sportswear, tracksuits, and swimwear or ripped clothing. Ladies are kindly asked to dress modestly.

WHAT CAN I DO WHEN BREAKFAST HOURS ARE LATER THAN MY DEPARTURE TIME?

Should you depart before breakfast, we can arrange early breakfast for you. Please contact the Front Desk two days in advance.

DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNET ACCESS?

• WiFi is available in all areas and it is free of charge.

ARE THERE ANY STORES ON SITE?

You can enjoy a refined shopping experience at the jeweler’s store featured at Mayia Exclusive Resort & Spa . For your convenience there is a mini market too.

WHERE CAN I RENT A CAR?

Feel free to contact our Front Desk if you would like to rent a car, motorbike or bicycle. Our preferred and trusted car rental partner has their own stand at the hotel lobby and a representative is available every day to help you with any queries you may have.
