What does the Ultra All-Inclusive Program include?
Upon your arrival you will be given a bracelet. We would like to ask you to have it on your wrist until your departure, so that the hotel staff can recognise you as a hotel guest.
The ultra all-inclusive holiday schedule runs daily from 07:00 to 24:00. In case you lose your Ultra A.I. Bracelet, please contact the reception as soon as possible.
The ultra all-inclusive program does not include the following: external phone calls, the use of baby trolleys, the use of high speed internet, individual spa treatments, laundry/ironing service and room service.
