What does the All-Inclusive Program include?
Food & Beverage
-All standard meals served at the main restaurant of the hotel
-A great variety of refreshments and local alcoholic beers and drinks.
-Dinners at our a la carte restaurants and theme restaurants. An advance reservation is required.
-Our guests are entitled a complimentary dinner in each of our Theme Restaurants and the À la Carte according to the following plan:
• from 5 to 11 nights, 1 dinner is free of charge.
• from 12 to 16 nights, 2 dinners are free of charge.
• from 17 to 23 nights, 3 dinners are free of charge.
-Free consumption of snacks, local alcoholic and non- alcoholic drinks.
–Free use of Mini Bar. Refill is every 2 days
– Free WiFi throughout the hotel premises
Activities & Leisure
-Free use of the hotel’s swimming pool and beach facilities.
-Sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge.
-Beach towels are included
-Free use of Spa Facilities, Sauna, Indoor Pool, Jacuzzi etc.
-The access to the fitness center is not allowed to children under the age of 16 years.
-Free access to a wide range of sports activities
-Free entrance to shows and evening entertainment programs. Mini club for children is available.
What is not included in the program?
The all-inclusive program does not include the following: branded alcoholic drinks, fresh juices, special cocktails, bottled water, external phone calls, the use of baby trolleys, the use of high -speed internet, drinks offered at the a la carte restaurants, individual spa treatments, laundry/ironing service and room service.
Ultra All Inclusive Program
The Ultra All Inclusive Program includes all the above-mentioned services and facilities. You can either pre-book the Ultra All-Inclusive option or they can upgrade while in resort.
What is included?
-A wide range of refreshments choices, draught beer and international alcoholic beverages.
-Free use of all the a la carte/theme restaurants (reservation required).
-Selection of bottled wines during lunch and dinners in all the restaurants.
What is not included in the Ultra All inclusive Program?
The ultra all-inclusive program does not include the following: external phone calls, the use of baby trolleys, the use of high speed internet, individual spa treatments, laundry/ironing service and room service.
Useful information
The all-inclusive holiday schedule runs daily from 07:00 to 24:00. On arrival you will be given a bracelet for your recognition. In case you lose your A.I. Bracelet, please contact the reception as soon as possible.
